Got My Mantis...Need Help

I finally got the Mantis in my 110g main tank and placed him in my 10g quarentine tank. He is pretty cool, about an inch long and green colored. I have no idea what he eats or the enviroment he needs. He is in a 10g glass tank with pvc pieces in it, I would like to get live sand, some LR and food but i have no idea what he eats.

He looks exactly like this picture that someone posted before.

they will gladly eat chunks/pieces of most meaty foods like: silversides, scallops, mussels, prawn, shrimp, krill, squid.

I put a chunk of the food on a bamboo skewer and hold it in the tank then tap on the glass witth my nails. Roy will come SHOOTING out of his tunnel and grab the food. I do the tap on the glass thing to train him to come out then he hears the tapping. He learned very quickly that tap means come out!

Make sure that you clean out any excess food that is left in the tank. When roy is finished with dinner, he will toss the leftovers out of his tunnel, making it really easy to remove.
