Terrence, I had an issue with my WAV pumps and wanted to say thanks and point out that your customer service has not changed a bit. I haven't had an issue to call on in quite some time. Multiple people updated the ticket quickly and offered me several trouble shooting tips. I recently added a bunch of modules and I am happy to see I can still count on the support...

Thank you for taking the time to post this. Our support team works hard to give the best experience they possible to our customers. Too often people only hear the negative. Your post is much appreciated.
