Great Stuff Foam

Phisher

Wut?
I was thinking about trying some foam for rockwork/backdrop in my next project tank. I was curious if I don't like the look is the possible to get the foam back out of the tank or does it set pretty permanently?

I would thank you could pull it off and scrape the remaining stuff off the glass with a razor blade. and you would probably have to reseal the tank just to be safe.

My foam is collecting coralline very quickly.

FYI...I didn't do the back wall - I made a PVC support structure and buried it below my rocks to create ledges and caves.

I was thinking of using balloons to create caves and ledges, after the foam sets, just pop and remove them. I just want to make sure I can remove it and redo it if its not to my liking.

You can probably remove it. I made some shelf structures and then removed it. A razor blade cuts through it easily then you can rip it out.
