Hey guys,
Well I got a new green candy coral 4 days ago, and it seems to be doing ok. I put it in the middle of the tank, and it puffed up great the first couple of days. Now the polyps on the right side are not as large. 4 out of the 12 polyps are doing this, and the rest are puffed up great. I dont know it these polyps just need to get used to the new flow of the tank, or if these are just getting more light than they like. I read they like moderate light and low flow, and they are in moderate - high light, with moderate flow. The polyps move around alittle, but its not a high flow area. I know it will take a couple of weeks for the coral to fully acclamate to my tank, but I just wanted to know what you guys thought about the spot I put it in. There is not much talk here for these guys. Thanks for your time,
Michael
