Looking for input on glazing, I will have a carrige house style barn with panels down the lower back half of roof.
Have any of you guys found a rigid poly or fiberglass panel with light transmission over 85%.
I've found This @8mm with a light transmission of 81% and R of 1.7
And This as recommended by Anthony C
Problem with the second product is just a general reference to 85-90% transmission and no R value listed, they also seem to have a lack of installation hardware etc ... I am looking for a "tight" finished look and performance.
I also hear there is a new product by Lexan called "zig-zag" with over 90% light ***** and an R over 2, but I can't find any US dealer.
Thanks for any help
BTW I am on the coast of New England (Cape Cod) so wind and snow load are issues. I fear that the single layer sheet products will not suffice.
