I have had the same problem trying to get help with a faulty polario controller. If anyone knows a good way to contact them please share.

Good luck. I have had my polar in twice for service and the controller has never worked right. The cycle always reset to 15 seconds in a matter of an hour or so. My controller finally just died recently. Kind of a bummer as I cut into my tank to mount it.
