Help! Blown DC4HD?

Hello,

I have a controller 2 about 6 months old with a DC4HD. Everything has ben working great until tonight. None of the outlets are working on the DC4HD. What happened? Has it died? Nothing has changed. If I plug what is plugged into the DC4HD into a regular outlet, power is fine and everything works. Something has to be wrong with the DC4HD I think?

Ideas on how to get it working?

Checked the fuse and that is not blown. The controller says things should be on, but nothing is on. I need some help here.

Might want to try power cycling the DC4 and/or the AquaController to see if that helps. On the AquaController remove the 9V battery and unplug the AC adapter at the same time, and then reapply power.

If something is broken then in order likely hood:

- blown fuse. Do the relays click when you manually turn on/off an output through the AquaController (control & status-> manual control)? If so then the fuse is blown; it might not look blown.
- connectors damaged - water? - check for corrossion, etc.
- check that dip switches are still set correctly.
- broken DC4HD or AquaController.

Reset the controller. No clicking when on manual and all dip switches are set the way they have always worked.

Ideas? I need to get this working asap!
