Help! Epoxy reef safe for rock foam wall

Hi guys looking for a reef safe epoxy resin for my rock foam wall bought this stuff but don't know http://m.homedepot.com/p/Loctite-8-fl-oz-Professional-Job-Size-Epoxy-1365736/100371835

I used West System Epoxy. It is normally used on boat hulls and is a high quality epoxy with a 20 min setup time. This epoxy is also what I used to put my plywood salt water tank together and coat the inside of the tank with. My tank has been in use for 20 years with no problems. It is a reef tank with both hard and soft corals.
