Help finding ZABOGA ROCK/SEALIFE IMPORTS in FL

Well, I ordered items form this guy Tom Melrose under the business name of ZABOGA ROCK or SEA LIFE IMPORTS a few times and had no problems. I ordered about $1K worth of coral and it took a while for him to ship. After 4 weeks went by and me calling every other day I got orderes to PCS, for those not familar with the acronyms of the military its a Permanent Change of Station. Well, I called and called and he finally picked up the phone and I asked for a refund as I would be leaving in a few months and I need to break down my tank asap. It was all fine but the refund never came. We then agreed that I just get a hold of him when I got to my next duty station that he could send me stuff there. I contacted him and everything was yeah I got this and that and I can send it just give me your address............... Then he says he is starting a new business and pretty much just changing the name and now the number is disconected, email account closed. I tried filing a complaint with the B.B.B but he was never a member and failed to reply to any attempts to make contact.

Does anyone know this @$$hole Tom Melrose who stole a grand from me? He runs his business out of florida Here is the address from the invoice:

From your post, I assume that you did not use a credit card.

Your only possible hope is to contact the postal inspector This appears to be mail fraud.

I would also suggest that you contact the State Attorney General's consumer protection office in Tallahassee. This also appears to be a violation of Florida's deceptive trade practices act.
