Help finishing DIY stand *pics*

I just finished the stands frame & need some help on finishing the stand.
I'm thinking about putting a shelf & two cabnet doors in the frame so I can hide the sump behind the doors & store items on the shelf. Should I place the cabnet doors on the top or bottom for the sump in the frame? Also I have no real idea how to add cabnet doors so any advice would be great!

Frame specs:
Outer demenstions 48" tall X 48" wide X 13" deep
Inside demenstions 41" tall X 41" wide X 11 1/2" deep

Personally what i would do is go to your favorite hardware store and pick up a 48x48" 1/8 in thick plywood oak panel for the sides and 3 8ft oak 1x3s for the top and bottom of the front and the vertical rails to make two openings. the get yourself a rail and stile router bit set for like 40 bucks and build yourself some cabinet doors. just google some videos online of how to make cabinet doors with rail and stile router bits. then for the cabinet door panels just use another piece of oak 1/8" thick plywood panel for the door panels, or use a beaded wainscot panel. those look sharp.

Just go look at your kitchen cabinets and check out how they're made. use the same idea for the outside or your structural support you already have. I said to use oak because it is very easy to find for a relatively low cost. you can use whatever type of wood you want.
