help ID this zoanthid

i feel like they're just a polyp thats very close to a ppe. but they don't have the green rim. i've got some like that. do they look exactly like that when you look at them in your tank, or do they look diffarent than the pic?

I don't think those are RPE but purple with a green mouth.

the reason I don't think those are rpe is because I've got the real ones and when I take a picture with them even with my crappy camera I still can tell that they're red. It all depends if thats what they look like in the tank or if the picture is really underexposed.

RPE, lighting makes a big difference on the colors...

i dont think the camera quality has anything to do with the color.
its all about they lighting they are on, and the white balance/ color temp settings on the camera. if the camera settings are in accordinance w/ the lighting of the actual object being shot, even the cheapest camera will produce accurate colors.

i take a lot of pictures.

the pic color is pretty accurate, although i get that shimmer of blue depending on the angle.

i wish there was a definate guide as to which zoanthids/palys are which.
everyone seems to have a different name for the same things, and theres so many of them,
so many color morphs, its difficult to know what is what.
