Help identify branch of pink bubble/pouches- bubble algae?

I kinda let this grow to make sure I have a good couple of pictures for review. There are two branches of these pink/purple bubbles growing from a single rock. I do not have any of these bubbles on any other rock, and I have been careful NOT to pop them for fear they may be bubble algae. They are semi-transparent bubbles. They have been growing maybe at a bubble or 2 a week at most. Started in one location and then popped up at another. Feel like now that there are more they are growing a bit faster.

I also have these branches growing- most in 2 locations, but I have a few more smaller ones. They have been growing significantly larger over the last couple months. Starts off with a finger or two, and now- especially the one on the fan) has grown significantly large. I don't mind the look of them as long as they are not dangerous or problematic. Can anyone help identify these as well?

red grape caulerpa
and red Gracilaria I believe..

and lots of aiptasia ;)

The algae isn't as fast growing as some, but it can over grow the tank if your fish don't eat it,

I'd deal with the aiptasia as quickly as possible as they does appear to be quite a few in your tank.

Not sure of the branchy one. I have red Gracilaria and it's not that branchy and has flat leaf looking ends.
