Help me pick a new camera!

Hey guys,

Its Christmas time almost, which means I can finally trash my 2meg camera. I have narrowed down my choices to 3 cameras I like to stay around the 300 level (or under) if anyone has more suggestions.

Out of these 3 cameras (or your own suggestions) which do you guys think will be best for taking macro shots?

Canon A630
Canon A710
Fuji S5200 (included due to raw format capability)

Honestly, I like the raw format, but you can do all the same stuff in Photoshop if you need to. Now, if it gives you more data to work with on that camera, then it's a point to consider.
