help!! what is this

Hey guys I found this on my one digi at night time. I noticed some tissue loss so I took a look at night and found him. can you tell what it is and what else needs to be done. I already removed and the coral and checked for eggs and there was none to be found. any ID or help would be be great!

Uhh not a great pic, but I am going with a flatworm of some sort. Could be a nudi that has retracted it's gills, but can't really tell.
