Help with 9002 slimmer

The pump on my 9002 seems to have given out on me. Anyone know if this is a common issue and have a fix? the pump just isnt spinning and when it is plugged in i can feel a slight rubble but it wont go. Please help.

If you have cleaned it well could be just a bad motor or impeller if nothing is broken that you see when you take it apart. How old it is, it has a two year warranty

the unit is about 1 year old currently and atleast on the exterior nothing is damaged.

Pump might have gone bad, should be under warranty if you have the receipt or if not it goes by manufacture date. If it wont go might just have to send it in to Roger for repair/replacement
