help with a sammoon lamp

I just got a lamp really cheap. is :

Problem is that i really dont know how to work with it, i try a lot of combination, no matter what i do i canot modify % of intensity, no manual.

On manual set is white at 100%, blues at 10%, and i have some other custom programs (c1-6, p1-6) but i have no ideea what they do. canot modify settings there to.

Dint manage even to modify the clock.

Anyone had this kind of lamp and can help me with some settings or a scanned manual ?
