Help with Light intensity/schedule- Aquanest m8

I have a 20 gallon waterbox with an aquanest m8 for lighting. Specs on the light are below. I know it's not a well known light but it is plenty powerful enough for a tank of these dimensions. Led's really were in their infancy last time I had a tank and I always had halides. The stock programs on this light are ok, really great for growing hair algae. Screen shots posted below. Suggestions?

Heya, did you have any luck with this light ? I can buy them at the moment for $150 Australian ea, but finding reviews etc is difficult.
