Help with my BM Nac 3.5 pump

I took the pump apart to clean and then saw two small white plastic washers upon re-assembly. I don't know why I didn't see them when I took it apart.

Where on the white shaft do they go?

No one has ever taken apart the pump from the Bubble Magus skimmer?

I did the exact same thing. I put the one on top of the other. I have no idea

One white washer at the top of the impeller one at the bottom, then the shaft goes through and stick it into the rubber hole on the bottom of the pump.
