help with ricordea

I have several ricordea in my tank and it seems like all of the small babies dont make it, they shrivel up very small. I have M/H and they are at the bottom of the tank. All of my parameters are perfect. any help would be grerat.

Yuma or florida? Im really having a hard time with yuma myself. i worry about them daily.

my yumas are great, its a couple floridas that Im having problems with. Also thanks for the info about photobucket. I gota new yuma that I wanted to show, but im having troubles uploading the pic to photobucket. whats wrong with your yumas?
