High Calcium in 180...

I tested my water about a week ago Alk: 9dkh Cal:375ppm Mg:1000 I used Randys 1 part & calculator to bring calcium up to 425 & have been dosing Magflake/Epsom salt slowly everyday to bring my Mg up to 1300. I just tested today & my Alk is 8dkh, Mg is 1300 & Cal 650!!!. I have not added any other additives. I am using Elos test kits. Did my Calcium go up because of the Magflake? Any advise on what to do now. Any feedback is appreciated. Thanks.

dont add any CaCl2 for a week or more and it will slowly drop back down.
test again to be sure, and/or take some water to your LFS and have them test it.
your Mg should be 3 X's your CaCl2 level. example: CaCl2 is 450, then Mg should be 1350.

So should i do nothing to bring the Alk up, dont dose anymore magflake to bring the Mg up & just leave the parameters where they are @ & let the Cal drop on its own? Thanks for the reply.
