Hippo Tang vs new Foxface

I had just added a foxface to my tank and my hippo tang won't give him a break. He chases him all over. I did not think these two would not get along. Is this somewhat common?

turn alll lights off and put some eggcrate or the like in the tank.. if this keeps up for too long the foxface wont make it

no my wife bougth it when I was at work, but it has been about 4 days. The foxface is eating nori but that darn tang is on his rear end like a hemeroid

Give the tang something else to do--stick a mirror up on the side of the tank for a day or two.

If that doesn't work, re-arrange the tank while the hippo is in a bucket.
