Hippo Tang

I purchase a hippo tang abou a month ago and he occasionally have white spots on him. I have been using RX P for treating the tank. I currently don't have a quarintine tank avaliable, besides if I had one I couldn't catch him anyway. the water par are fine and the other fish also seems to be doing fine. The hippo also have a swolen belly.... can anybody help

I would get him either into QT or try and catch him and take him to the LFS if possible. just my .02

They are ich magnets. They are cool fish but I would never add one to my tank. I got a purple tang its awesome but pricey. When I added some yellows to my old tank everything got ich. I bought som ich med dont remember the exact name. I treated all the fish in a bucket then followed with freshwater dips every few days. I had no deaths and no more ich.
