Hitch hiker trouble

I might have a problem, I am not sure. Last night I noticed some little bugs that I had not seen before. I just put a brighter light on my tank the day before. They were little bugs crawling on the live rock. I currently do not have any fish/inverts in the tank. It is a 46 gallon bowfront with 55lbs fiji live rock 60lbs agra-alive sand. These bugs were about a quarter of an inch long and an eighth of a inch wide. They did not swim or float. They mainly just walked around on the rock. With what reserch I have done I think that they may be Sphaeromatids. If anyone has any pictures of those or knows anything about them please let me know. Are they dangerous?

Thank You

Did they look like these?

These are some cirolanid isopods that were removed from my tank. Some are harmless scavenger others are fish predators.

Is there anyway I can know for sure. I have one of them trapped in a plastic cup? I just want to know if they would hurt fish. The ones that hurt fish usualy swim dont they? These just seem to crawl. They kind of are the size of a lady bug

They do not look exacly like that. They dont have the eyes that are noticable. they are kind of white in color with little legs

I would guess they are some kind of pod. I say that because my mom explains them the same way "little bugs all over the rock". Can't be sure what kind of pod without some pics. I wouldn't worry about them too much, pods are good to have.
