Hitchhiker ID...

I recently bought long tentical anemone. It was on a small piece of LR but moved once I put it in the tank. I've noticed small greenish tentical thingys coming out of the rock it originally came on. I would like an ID. Also are they bad or good? I know it's not much to go on but I'm hoping they are common enough that someone will know what I'm talking about.
