How can I encourage growth?

Over the last few weeks I have added a Favites Brain, Diploastrea Brain, Platygyra Brain, Hydnophora, pipe organ, Frogspawn, and a Maxima Clam. I have 6 54W T5's over a 55 gallon tank, My parameters of my tank out as follows Phostphate 0, Magnesium 1120 ppm, Calcium 450 ppm, KH 7.4 / Alkalinity 2.63, Nitrate 0, Ammonia 0, Nitrite 0, PH 8.4. My tank has been up and running for about 7 months now, i have some other soft coral in there that seems to be doing fine, especially the Xenia (grows like weeds). But I've just recently got into SPS/ LPS corals, and was wondering what I can do to encourage growth? Do I have enough lighting? Im keeping everything up high, except the clam which is on the sand. I started adding Kent Marine Strontium & Molybdenum and Seachem Reef Plus Vitamin & Amino Acid Supplement. Will that help? Lights stay on about 12 hours a day, Atinics come on first for an hour then the daylight bulbs come on, daylights shut off at the 11th hour, and atinics run for another hour before they go off. Im open to all information and tips. Thank You.

The yellow leather in one of the pics didnt make it, I didnt even have it for a week before it perished. Dont know if it was the leather or me, that caused it to die.

favia's just grow sooo slow for me atleast it seems like a frag i've had for almost 3 months hasnt grown much at all...but keeps good color....oyster feast has worked for growth for me, also the other thing is that the leather probably died from some sort of chemical warfare sounds like..
