How do I get this anemone off this rock?

I need to get a flower anemone off a rock... Besides using gloves, how do I do this?

try directing a little bit more flow his way and he should walk by himself. Or you could try relocating that rock to a place he's not happy to get him to move.

But if I grab him with a glove on he won't come off right?

If you don't mind possibly killing or injuring the animal, you could try grabbing it. Otherwise, I'd stick to the flow idea for the first shot.
