How long can an Acro crab stay alive in a bag?

hey guys

I just got home after a 2 hr drive from the LFS and when I opened all 4 bags, the acro crabs are dead - all four bags. The SPS are okay though. The temp remained stable inside the car. What could have caused this? Anyone with similar experience - especially those who order online?

I've had acro crabs shipped overnight to me by themselves in a bag with no coral and they all lived.

only thing that would do that is interceptor.

That or an iodine dip will kill them most of the time.
