How long will these Fuge lights last from Home Depot?

I have the spiral compact florescents from home Depot that many are using on their fuges too. I run mine 12hrs a day. How often should I be prepared to change them?
They are really the ones from Lightbulbs direct with the built in reflectors. They are similar to the ones from HD but the ones from HD don't have the reflectors.

mine last about 1.5 years.

i bought a ton of them at costco at $8.50 (but they were initially $20 then went to $10)...

i was told that the walmart here (almost always refuse to shop there unless i really really need to) has them for $11.

i drill ventilation holes over the ballast area and bulb area. it made a huge difference in longevity ime.

It sounds like bergsy is talking about the lights of america fixture,

thats what I use also, I have used the spiral encased bulbs in the past, I never had one go out. I ran them for a couple years.
and I run my fuge lighting 24/7.
