How many 250 Watt MH per 72" when using the "spider reflector"

I'm looking at buying 2 IceCap 250 Watt Metal Halide Retrofit Kit with 10K German Bulb and SpiderLight Reflector. My question is they claim that thet spider refector puts off more light therefore I shouldn't need a 3rd fixture. I will be suplimenting with T-5 actinics. What's your opinion. BTW it's a 125 gallon tank.
