How much is too much?

Ok, so I've added a Penguin 550 powerhead to my 12g Aquapod. Is this too much flow? And, should I put the aeration valve on it to add oxygen?

I wouldn't add the valve... I don't know if it would be too much flow though, someone else can answer that, I think its going to mainly depend on what you want to keep in there.
