how much light do mushrooms need?

i will eventually put 150watts of VHO over a 20g i'm starting in May. would this be enough to keep mushrooms, and possibly some stonies? i could put all the stone corals near the top.

the mushrooms will be fine. And the "stone corals" i would think you are talking about SPS corals, they should be ok with that amount of light also.

Shrooms need next to no light. I curing some rocks for 6 months inside a trash container in my garage awhile back. When I took the rocks out months later I found that a few shrooms survive the extreme heat, cold, and no lighting, they were bleached but very much alive.

they might have survived but I doubt if they would win any contests after an ordeal like that!

reefer91- a hammer would do fine under 150 vho. make sure you have medium flow for the hammer.
