How often do you tear down your sump?

I know I sound like a broken record but since adding Vitamin C, my nitrate is undetectable.

I am going to start dosing 1 a day. I will post back my findings within the week. :lol:

2x is what is recommended for corals but maybe 1x is enough for nitrate reduction. That's what I'm doing on my Mantis tank. It's reducing the nitrate considerably (usually gets to around 100 by the end of the week, now around 10) & better skimmer function too.
