How to Farm Clams

Is there any sights out there to learn how to farm clams??? is there much success to farming clams? :smokin:

Daniel Knop's book, Giant Clams will tell you how the clam farms to it but I really don't know if it has been done in a captive tank.

Toptank is right as of today there has been no successful close environment breeding of giant clams. I have a video that shows how they do it at a breeding farm that might interest you. There is a RC member that is currently trying to spawn giant clams in a close environment. And if anybody can he will do it!!!

Are you refering to the seagrant company? becuase they only have it on technical research paper. Unless this is another company that is also in the process.

There is a company on FL that is growing clams but will not be ready for late 2003.
