How to rid AEFW from tank,rock and sand

I have pulled all my coral from my tank because I'm fighting AEFW. I'm treating them in a QT for 8 weeks. I want to still run my tank without coral and only fish for 4 months while I treat all my sps. I want to reaquascape my tank now that all the corals are out, but want to get rid of any pest that are in my rock. Should I dip all my rock in bayer (heavy dose) and reaquascape or dip the rock in fresh r/o water? Should I remove all old sand and put in new or just heavy vacuum it?

AEFW dont live in the rocks. They live on the tissue. Once you remove all the acropora from your system they will starve.
