Hungry fish

I was wondering if I am feeding my fish enough? They seem to always be hungry. I have a 6 line wrasse, false clown, coral b, yellow boxfish. I feed them everyday sometime once sometimes twice. Maybe a pinch of flake. Then I will give them about a half a cube of frozen angel formula. The other days I might give them maybe a pinch of pellets then I will shave a little off 4 kinds of frozen cubes (multi pack). Maybe = 1/4 cube. These cubes are larger than the angel cubes. I know I don't want to overfeed, but want to make sure fish are healthy. What do you think? Is this good? More, Less?

Thanks for the help, Jeff

They will always look hungry. Resist the temptation to over feed. If they are maintaining good coloration and their bellies aren't pinched in, then they are being fed enough. Over feeding leads to high nitrates, cloudy water, and algea problems. Also, fish that are "hungry" will spend more time keeping the tank clean by picking food off of the rock and walls of the tank.
