Need advice how to get rid of colonial hydroids? Tried kalk past, no luck can't scrub each rock too many

I've noticed a bloom of hydroids when I feed too many dry pulverized foods. Like black powder for example. If you keep the tank extra clean they will die off. Be prepared with plenty of watercganges because they actually cause a decent ammonia/nitrate spike when they all die off. Gl

YMMV but my Mithrax crab made short work of my tank's jelly population. I watched the crab gobble them down, none remain visible.

Whether mine were nausithoe or hydroids is difficult to say as pictures I've seen of the same jellies have alterantely been described as either.

Already have a ULNS, tried so called droid eating nudi but did not live long enough to see if they graze. I took a few pieces of rock out and left in sun for a day and all good but tank is too big to do that. Have grown a custom to purple corraline not white
