So, my Setosa Frag has been in my system for approx. 6 months showing great color, and PE. Since then the Frag has completely encrusted over the diameter of the frag plug and has been growing upwards.
Last night, I noticed discoloration on the edge of the Setosa rim, which looked to be a greenish/brown color with a hydroid hanging out inside the discolored area. I took a closer look and found another portion has discolored on the top of the Setosa, also with a hydroid inside.
What is the best way to treat this? I've heard/read hobbyist having hydroid issue's on LR but not in a coral? I really dont want to lose my Setosa, as I have been gaining great results. We all know Setosa's grow slooowwwww!!!
