So today I drove 2 and a half hours to pick up my new 2.5 inch BRIGHT GREEN g. smithii. I got in total, a 6 gallon eclipse in good shape, 3 inches of live sand, and 3 or so pounds of live rock for $35. A deal if you ask me! Anyways, I've only got a crappy webcam so in a couple days I will post some whole tank shots. I'll be getting a camera from a friend that takes sweet macro shots. I don't know yet if it's a male or female, but I will be checking soon. I fed it tonight, a peice of krill on a rigid peice of airline tubing. It grabbed onto the krill and smashed the hell out of it, and the pipe, not too strong though, but it was definatly cool to finally see it, as it had been hiding alot.
She said it was getting ready to molt, anybody know wether or not i should be feeding during this time?
Check back for the photos.
