I know you see this all the time, but do I have enough light in my 38 gallon? Help

I have 212w total in my 38 gallon. The tank is 20" deep. The lighting is as follows. 96w 10k PC, 96w 7100 PC, and 30w URI actinic 03

Is this enough for the following?
1) Deresa
2) Squamosa
3) Maxima
4) Crochea

Please be honest. I'd really like to have a maxima if possible, but don't want to get one if I can't support it. The tanks been in various stages of performance over the last 5 years, but now the water parameters are as perfect as I can get and stable.(NO3-0, PO4-0, calcium-450....)
