Im getting ready to move into my own place, which is an upstairs unit. This apartment also retains heat like a mofo, so in the summer time its 95+ inside the house. I dont really have the means to buy a 1/3 HP chiller to handle such a large swing so i may have to sell everything.
At this time, i am not willing to part the system out.
Im just seeing if anyone is interested in the event the tank needs to go. Its a SoCal creations 36x24x24 eurobraced with a right corner overflow. Stand is also SoCal Creations 36" tall wide open design. Sump is a Jeffs 30x13x16, with a monster 8-2 skimmer with a sedra pump with needlewheel impeller. Return pump is a mag12 softplumbed with a checkvalve inline. Its hose barbed so it can be removed if necessary. The tank also has a Seio 6100 in it that is throttled back a litte to just provide current.
This pic is before the needlewheel went in.
The tank is lit with a 250 watt 14K Hamilton lamp, on a dual 250 watt PFO ballast. Im only using 1 side of the ballast. I do have the cables and everything necessary. The lamp is hanging in a Hamilton reefstart SE pendant setup. I have an extra 14K hamilton bulb that i used for about 2 weeks that i will include.
Livestock that will go with everything:
1 Purple Tang
1 Sml Velmingi Tang
1 True Percula Clown
1 6 Line Wrasse
1 Purple Firefish
1 Austrailian Exqusite Fairy Wrasse ( you gotta see this one )
Misc snails
1 Cleaner shrimp
1 Fire shrimp
1 Large pink tipped Elegance coral
1 Large green tipped torch
1 small pink tipped green tenticle hammer
1 small green torch
3 blasto colonies ( one brown with green center, one red, one red with bright green center.)
1 large neon green mycidium
1 large toadstool leather
2 greenish/white bubble corals
1 rainbow acan
some other normal stuff, xenia, eagle eye zoos.
I think there is about 150 lbs of live rock in the tank.
Ill take some pics of the fish and everything tonight. The fairy wrasse is the most amazing coloration ive ever seen on a fish.
Im asking $2500 for everything. I have an RO/DI unit that will go with, as well as a 20 gallon heavy duty rubber maid trash can, alsmot a full bucket of oceanic salt, 2 fishes phos ban reactor, all my test kits, refractometer, the pH monitor that is on the system, new 8 watt aquauv sterlizer tons and tons of other extras.
