I spotted sea squirts

I have just spotted a few sea squirts on my LR and I wanted to know if I should be worried and get rid of them.
Are they reef safe? If not please explain how to remove them
Im pretty sure they are sea squirts or at least they look very much like them

sea squirts are reef safe filter feeders, no need to remove unless you dont like them
