icecap or reef fanatic?

i was looking for my ballast/bulb choice and here is what i have come up with.... i am either going to run a reef fanatic 250 watt ballast or icecap 250, and i am either going to run the Aquaconnect 14k or hamilton 14k... what do you guys think?

i was looking here, on the reef fanatic ballast, does the aquaconnect really have almost 100 more PAR rating than the hamilton?
