ID Help Please (Pics)

Found this hiding between some rocks. Didn't know what it was so I yanked it out with some tongs. Looked like it might sting. Pics are in my gallery. Anyone know anything?

I put them back in the fuge for now. I jumped the gun a little bit because I lost 2 blood shrimp couple weeks ago and have no idea what did it. So anything I see right now I'm pulling and identifing. They were in there for a couple months and then one morn. just gone. Thanks for the ID guys
