ID Help Please..

Hey there,

This has been growing in my tank for a few weeks now. Just managed to get my Dig Camera back.

Have never had anything in the tank remotely like. Okay to stay, or should I be worried??

Are you talking about the red thing in the center? I can not tell what that is, it just looks like part of the rock. A different angle might be helpful.

I can't get a better angle, that shot is from straight above the tank.

Here is the same picture cropped so photobucket doesn't shrink it so bad.

There is the large center one, Red on the edges, white dots in the center. There are smaller ones growing at the 9/1- o'clock, and the 6-8 o'clock positions.

Hmmm...that is interesting. Is it hard or soft?

I wouldn't worry about it.

I would say it is kinda "firm." It isn't soft like a Xenia, but isn't hard like a rock.
