ID please

I am trying to figure out what this is. I know the image quality isn't great but this was the best one that I could get.
It kind of looks like a tube worm and can retract into itself. It can also pull its whole self down into the sand in a heartbeat. The tenacles always droop down. I've wondered if it could be aiptasia but it doesn't really look like the pix I've seen. I never saw it on my rock, it just showed up in the sand one day. It is as big around as a mac & cheese macaroni and maybe .25 in tall.
 
With the bad pic it's hard to tell. But from your description it sounds like it could be a spaghetti worm. It could also be aiptasia to, they do grow in the sand. The pic does look more like it's aiptasia.
