they can only be seen on the glass, and are about a centimeter long, since they've appeared i've had a cyano problem. Coincidence? they stay stationary for the most part, but slide like a snail when then do move. i've thought its possibly some type of flat worm? if you know what they are, are they good or bad, and if bad does anything eat them? thanks for all the help!

Not sure but I've had them a couple of times. I simply scraped them of with a scraper and they dissapeared. My guess is they come out of the sand to feed. They dont seem to pose any treat.

yeah i scrape them off but they appear back after awhile. they dont seem to be doing any harm, but now im just curious
