I have two mounds of brown stringy stuff growing out of my sand bed. It's actually alive and will grab food and bring it down. Any idea what it is? I've attached a photo hopefully it works

Spagetti worm possibly. Try to dig it out of the sand. Up to you really... they irritate zoas and what not.
