What are some ill effects of not having enough flow in an sps tank?

Less to no PE, color loss, death by STN or RTN.

No or Low flow = STN/RTN due to SPS drowning in their own slime, which is also their waste!

Id just keep adding flow until the substrate wont stay put anymore, then tune it back slightly, everyone likes current! It IS however a pain in the neck to have to turn the current down a whole lot every time you want to feed...
