I'm looking for an Chestnut Moray eel! "Enchelycore carychoa"

Do anyone know where i can find one of these cool looking eels? The one that i am talking about is the one that grows up to 13 inches and not the one that grows up to 30+ inches which i believe is called the "viper" eel. Thanks so much!

Try some of the Hawaiian diver sites, I think they get them in sometimes.

Not really considered reef safe according to Scott W. Michael's Marine Fishes. To paraphrase, it will topple rocks and loose corals, and eat fish/invertebrates.

Ah didn't even know they had an specific forum for that. Thanks. But about the eel, it's not consider safe but due to it's small size it'll hardly be a threat. Knock on wood.
