It's really an epoxy sump
The plywood provides the structural strength and is very cheap & easy to form. The magic is in the two part epoxy. I used US Composites because they're the best value.
I didn't use fiberglass - just the bare epoxy applied in layers. Little tedious but cheapest solution other than Rubbermaid stock tanks.

Marine hull paint on the exterior might also work although it may be more expensive than epoxy, not sure. In either case looks like you built it very well.

Still trying to sell the tank. Even built a new stand with removable wheels for transportation...

I'm planning a 120x48x48" plywood and was checking costs. My last plywood I did with bluemax, which worked well but like the glass look of epoxy better

Yes yes I'd pigment it for sure. How much did you use?

I took my surface area in square inches, multiplied it by 0.25 (quarter inch thickness) and then multiplied by 0.004329 to concert to gallons.
